The X's indicate where a response is required: if there is not response in these fields the listing cannot be activated. Feel free to write something in non-essential fields The first orange X are to indicate where sellers are to enter the total commission and the second orange X is where sellers enter the commission payable to the buyer's agent. These entries should be the same as Adapt is not due a commission because Adapt receives $495 upfront. I put basic instructions in yellow boxes. Look these over and call with questions.
